Meredith Stieler

Meredith M.
Stieler is the Vice President of Accounting and Controller of EnCap Flatrock Midstream.
Ms. Stieler joined EnCap Flatrock Midstream in 2012 and has more than 30 years of experience in accounting and risk management positions.
She began her career in public accounting and served as a Senior Auditor with KPMG.
In 1990, she joined the wholesale gas trading business at Enron Corp.
and over the next 12 years served in a variety of energy accounting and risk management positions.
Ms. Stieler has held positions as Controller in the construction industry and a non-profit organization serving youth in Texas.
Ms. Stieler holds a B.B.A.
in Accounting from Texas A&M University and an M.B.A.
from Houston Baptist University.
