Michael Mueller

Michael is General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Whistler Capital where he oversees all legal and compliance matters.
In addition, Michael is a Member of the Valuation Committee and Secretary to the Investment Committee.
Prior to joining Whistler Capital Michael was Counsel in the private equity groups at several large law firms in New York and California where he advised private equity firms and their portfolio companies in all aspects of their investment activities.
Michael serves as a Director on the Board of the Business Outreach Center Network and acts as Corporate Secretary for St. Paul’s Cathedral Trust in America.
Michael holds a J.D.
and B.Sc.
in Chemistry from the University of British Columbia.
