Ms. Michele R.
Souder is Chief Financial Officer & Senior Partner at White Oak Partners, Inc. Prior to joining White Oak Partners, She was a partner at Novogradac & Company LLP, a national public accounting firm based in San Francisco.
She has also worked in the Crisis Management Division of Jay Alix & Associates, a nationally renowned crisis management firm based in Southfield, MI and New York City.
In addition to her experience as a senior financial executive, she has managed IT, human resources, asset management, internal audit, treasury, construction, and operational activities for both public and private firms throughout the United States.
Ms. Souder lives in Austin, Texas, and works from both Austin and White Oak Partners’ office in Granville, Ohio.
She holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Dayton, and is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed to practice in multiple states.
