Nan Li joined Tishman Speyer Acquisitions in 2009 and is currently the General Manager for The Springs project.

denominated China Fund.
Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, Nan worked at Crédit Suisse in Hong Kong, focusing on commercial real estate investment in China, onshore/offshore financing, and syndications.
Nan was previously with JP Morgan Special Situations Group and began her career in architecture, urban design, and development, both in China and in the U.S.
Nan graduated from Tsinghua University in China with a degree in architecture and holds an MA in real estate from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
