Peg Sullivan

Peg joined GTCR in 2023 and is Managing Director and the Chief Human Resources Officer.
In this role she will oversee our talent strategy.
Prior to joining GTCR, Peg spent 25 years at Morgan Stanley where she was the Global Head of Talent Management, a Senior HR Business Partner to several divisions and most recently Advisor to the firm’s COO.
Peg is a trusted C-Suite leader and Board advisor at the intersection of business and talent with experience in all aspects of talent and executive development including talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, culture, and employee engagement.
Peg holds a Master’s in Behavioral Science from Johns Hopkins University and a BA from Fordham.
In addition, she holds a certificate in Executive Coaching from the iCoach Program.
Peg is a Trustee and Chair of the Compensation Committee for Prep for Prep, a non-profit organization creating educational, leadership development and professional advancement for students from underserved communities.
