AGX Group Ltd. is a holding company, which engages in the provision of logistics services. It operates through the following segments: Air Freight Forwarding; Sea Freight Forwarding; Warehousing; and Road Freight Transportation. The Air Freight Forwarding segment includes transportation services for international import and export of customer goods by air. The Sea Freight Forwarding segment focuses in the transportation services for international import and export of customer goods by sea. The Warehousing segment involves in the storage of goods upon request by customers as an extension of freight forwarding and road freight transportation services. The Road Freight Transportation segment comprises of delivery and transportation services of cargo to designated destinations such as group’s warehouses, seaports, airports, and other local domestic retail distribution destinations by trailers and prime movers. The comapny was founded on Mar 16, 2017 and is headquartered in Selangor, Malaysia.
