Prior to joining the Sprout Group, he was an attorney with Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York City, where he specialized in corporate securities law.
Mr. Pyne received his JD and MBA degrees from Stanford University, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar, and an AB degree in Economics from Princeton University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was elected to its chapter of Phi Beta Kappa.
