Prior to joining the Firm, he was a Partner at Empyrean Capital Partners, LP ("ECP") for approximately three years.
Prior to joining ECP, Mr. Imbach spent 10 years at Canyon Capital Advisors, LLC ("CCA").
Prior to CCA, he spent a total of approximately seven years at Citicorp in Loan Syndications, Leveraged Capital and Corporate Banking and approximately one year at Drexel Burnham Lambert, Inc., in Corporate Finance.
Mr. Imbach received a BS in Business from the University of Southern California (Cum Laude) and earned an M.B.A.
from the Harvard Business School (Second Year Honors).
