Simon Beake

Mr. Simon Beake is a Deputy Fund Manager at Australian Unity Funds Management Ltd.
He joined Australian Unity Investments in 2011 and is responsible for the financial management of Australian Unity funds.
He has over 25 years of financial and transaction experience; the last eight in property.
Prior to joining Australian Unity, Mr. Beake worked at Investa Property Group for four years as a Senior Fund Analyst and has held various roles in the UK at Biwater and Cascal Services developing and acquiring international PPP (public private partnership) projects.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Accounting and Finance) from Lancaster University (UK) and a Masters of Applied Finance from Macquarie University, Sydney.
He is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK).
