Skip R. Karetsky

Prior to joining Circle Peak Capital, Mr. Karetsky was a managing director of Morgan Stanley, Management Committee and managing director of OFFITBANK, managing director and principal of European Investors, and founding member of Restricted Stock Group at Goldman Sachs.
He is currently with The Karetsky Group, LLC.
Mr. Karetsky graduated from Yale University in 1966 with a BA in History and received an MBA in 1968 from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
He serves on the Board of Directors of Harding, Loevner Funds, Inc., The Joseph Slifka Center for Jewish Life at Yale, St. Mary's Foundation for Children and the American Jewish Historical Society.
He and his wife Nancy, an attorney, reside in New York City.
