Harvest Fund Management Co., Ltd. (HFM) is an independent Chinese investment advisory firm which was founded in 1999. In 2005, they became a joint venture between China Credit Trust Co., Ltd. (40%), Lixin Investment Co., Ltd. (30%) and Deutsche Asset Management Co., Ltd. (30%). Headquartered in Beijing with additional office in Shanghai, the firm offers a range of domestic equity and fixed-income funds for individual, retail, institutional and Enterprise Annuity investors based in China. HFM is a responsible investor and signatory to the UN Principles for Responsible Investment (UNPRI).

ABN AMRO TEDA Fund Management Co. Ltd. (ABN AMRO TFM) is a subsidiary of Northern International Trust & Investment Co. Ltd. in China. Established in 2003, ABN AMRO TEDA (formerly known as ABN AMRO Xiangcai) was one of the first sino-foreign joint ventures to enter the Chinese fund management market. The Tianjin Municipal Government's investment arm, Tianjin TEDA Holdings, through its subsidiary Northern International Trust & Investment Co. Ltd. has a 51% stake in the joint venture and ABN AMRO Asset Management has 49%, the maximum threshold foreign investors are allowed to take in a fund management joint venture in China. Based in Beijing, the firm manages equity funds, fixed-income products, investment, trust services and other businesses approved under the laws of China for corporate, institutional and individual investors.

Manulife TEDA Fund Management Co. Ltd. (Manulife TEDA FM) is the fund management joint venture between Northern International Trust & Investment Co. Ltd. and Manulife Asset Management (Hong Kong) Ltd. Formerly known as ABN AMRO TEDA Fund Management Co. Ltd., the firm was established in 2002 as Tianjin TEDA Investment Holding Co., Ltd. Manulife TEDA FM is located in Beijing and manages a range of open-end funds, including equity, hybrid, bond and currency funds, for individual and institutional customers.

AIG-Huatai Fund Management Co. Ltd. was established in 2004 through a joint venture agreement between Huatai Securities Co., Suzhou New District Hi-Tech Industrial Park Co. and AIG Global Investment Corp. which is a subsidiary of American International Group (NYSE:AIG). AIG and Huatai each hold 49% interest in the firm. AIG-Huatai provides investment management and financial services to institutions and private individuals in mainland China. They manage mutual funds and an exchange traded fund. The firm aims at integrating Huatai's local market expertise with AIG's international experience in asset management, within local regulatory constraints.
