The organization operates 157 centers and a 27-bed hospital across multiple provinces, providing free medical services such as outpatient and inpatient care, specialized clinics for leprosy, eye care, dermatology, chest diseases, dental care, mother and child healthcare, audiometry, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, laboratory diagnostics, cataract surgeries, and nutrition programs. It collaborates with federal and provincial health departments, integrating its centers within government hospital premises and employing government paramedical staff trained and supported by the organization. Marie Adelaide Leprosy Centre also partners with international donors, corporate supporters, and community stakeholders to sustain and expand its services. In addition to healthcare, it promotes social justice, inclusive community development, and access to education through various programs, disability inclusion initiatives, and advocacy. Its community-based inclusive development program supports persons with disabilities by providing assistive devices, therapy, vocational training, and awareness campaigns.
