Corner Banca SA (Corner) is a private, independent bank based in Lugano, Switzerland and established in 1952. The firm has a number of branches and affiliates in Europe, the Bahamas, and South America. Banca Popolare di Sondrio (Suisse) SA (Investment Management) (BPS-IM) is the investment management division of Banca Popolare di Sondrio (Suisse) SA, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Banca Popolare di Sondrio SCRL (MI: BPSO) in Italy. Established in 1995, the firm is based in Lugano and has a network of agencies and branches throughout Switzerland and abroad. BPS-IM specializes in asset management, negotiations over securities and credit brokerage. They also manage a multi-compartment Luxembourg-based SICAV, the POPSO (Suisse) Investment Fund.

BSI SA (Private Banking) (BSI-PB) is the Swiss private banking division of BSI SA, ultimately held by Assicurazioni Generali SpA (MI: G) in Italy. Established in 1873 in Lugano, BSI is the oldest bank in the Swiss canton of Ticino. Over the years they have extended their presence in Switzerland and abroad. In 1998 they became part of insurance and financial firm Assicurazioni Generali SpA.
