Mr. Dawe was a Senior Vice President in Institutional Equity Sales with the Prudential Equity Group from July of 2001 until joining RCP this past September.
Prior to that, Mr. Dawe was a Vice President of Commercial Lending with the Bank of New York, ABN-Amro Bank and Rabobank Nederland respectively, structuring and closing over 150 senior debt transactions with middle-market and large corporate clients.
Mr. Dawe earned his Bachelor of Arts & Sciences from the University of Virginia in 1981 and his Masters of Business Administration from the Colgate Darden Graduate Business School at the University of Virginia in 1984.
