Dr. Victoria Yablonsky is a Senior Analyst at Brandes Investment Partners LP.
Prior to joining Brandes in March 2009,Dr. Yablonsky spent an extensive number of years in the valuation and financing of large infrastructure projects such as oil and gas and mining, electrical power plants, and water distribution utilities at several major commercial banks, at an OPIC-sponsored private equity infrastructure fund, and most recently, at a water services firm.
Dr. Yablonsky holds a Ph.D.
