Vincent joined HgCapital from Morgan Stanley in 2012 with 14 years of investment banking and private equity experience.
In his last role at Morgan Stanley, Vincent was a Managing Director in the European Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team, where he primarily worked on transactions in the Benelux.
Prior to this, Vincent was part of Morgan Stanley Principal Investments (MSPI), a capital investment vehicle of Morgan Stanley.
He has both been the co-head of Morgan Stanley Principal Investments in Europe and a senior member of the MSPI investment team in New York.
As part of these roles, he has successfully lead two investments and has been on the board of six portfolio companies either as a non-executive director or observer.
Prior to joining MSPI, Vincent worked on merger and acquisition transactions across industries and European countries in the M&A group in London.
In addition, he has been part of Morgan Stanley’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) group, which focused on finding capital market solutions for complex risks.
Vincent holds a Commercial Engineering degree from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Belgium and a Master of International Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics.
He is a native Dutch speaker and is fluent in English and French.
