Company Secretary resignation and appointment

Wesfarmers today announced that Aleksandra Spaseska has resigned as Company Secretary, effective

2 March 2020, to take up another senior leadership appointment within the Group as Chief Financial Officer of Kmart Group.

Ms Spaseska will be succeeded by Vicki Robinson, currently Wesfarmers General Manager, Legal (Corporate) where she leads the team responsible for providing legal advice on the Group's merger and acquisition activity and general corporate, commercial and operational matters. Ms Robinson will also join the Wesfarmers Leadership Team.

Ms Robinson joined Wesfarmers as Legal Counsel in 2003 and later held the role of General Manager for energy producer enGen, previously owned by Wesfarmers.

Wesfarmers Managing Director Rob Scott congratulated Ms Spaseska and Ms Robinson on their appointments.

"These are exciting new challenges for Aleks and Vicki and being able to internally appoint to both these important leadership roles demonstrates our ongoing commitment to talent development," Mr Scott said.
