Ashland Global : increases prices for 1-4 Butanediol and derivatives in the Americas and Europe

DUBLIN - Ashland is increasing prices on 1-4-Butanediol (BDO) and several derivative products as indicated below.

1-4 butanediol (BDO) $0.05 per pound/0.10 eur per kg

gamma-butyrolactone (BLO ) $0.05 per pound/0.15 eur per kg

n-methyl-pyrrolidone (NMP) $0.05 per pound/0.15 eur per kg

tetrahydrofuran (THF) $0.07 per pound/0.15 eur per kg

2-pyrrolidone (2PY) $0.07 per pound/0.15 eur per kg

n-hydroxyethyl-2-pyrrolidone (HEP) $0.07 per pound/0.15 eur per kg

n-cyclohexyl-2-pyrrolidone (CHP) $0.07 per pound/0.15 eur per kg

These increases apply to the Americas and Europe and are effective April 01, 2020 or as agreements allow.
