Resignation of member of the Board of Directors
B3 SA - Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão ("Company" or "B3") announces that Mr. Cassiano Ricardo Scarpelli resigned as a member of the Company's Board of Directors with effect from this date (inclusive), and that the Board of Directors elected Mr. Maurício Machado de Minas to the open position, following the recommendation of the Corporate Governance and Nomination Committee, to hold that position until the next General Meeting of the Company, pursuant to article 27 of the Bylaws .
B3 thanks Mr. Scarpelli for his professionalism and dedication during the period he served on the Company's Board of Directors.
Mr. Mauricio Machado de Minas is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Banco Bradesco S.A. where he held several executive positions from 2009 to 2019.
