STORY: The airstrike killed seven workers from the charity World Central Kitchen (WCK) including citizens of Australia, Britain, Poland, as well as Palestinians and a dual citizen of the United States and Canada.
"This is a sign that the weapons provided by the British and American governments in support of the Israeli occupation army... do not differentiate between Palestinians and other nationalities," director of Abu Youssef al-Najjar Hospital, Dr Marwan al-Hams, said.
Israeli said it mistakenly killed the aid workers and promised a full investigation.
The convoy of ambulances carrying the bodies of the aid workers were seen leaving the Strip via the Rafah crossing on Wednesday (April 3).
