The company's ticker symbol, under which its shares are traded on the AQSE Growth Market, will change to "FILE" on the same day.
The name change follows a shift in the firm's strategic direction. The London-based company previously had a focus on being a biotech and life sciences investor seeking to prove the safety and efficacy of psychedelic substances. The company has divested from investments including Atai Life Sciences Inc and Compass Pathways PLC.
