  • Boliden: net profit increased to SEK 6.8 billion in 2020, allowing SEK 14.25 per share to be paid out to shareholders, of which SEK 8.25 as dividend and SEK 6 returned via a share redemption system.
  • Ems-Chemie: the group is doing slightly better than expected in 2020, despite a contraction in turnover and results. A dividend of CHF 17 will be proposed. The recovery seen in Q4 should be confirmed this year.
  • HubSpot: the share price rises by nearly 16% outside the trading session, following the Q4 results.
  • ING Groep: Q4 profits are higher than expected, quite clearly even.
  • The Walt Disney Company: Q4 results are down, but exceed expectations thanks to the group's streaming platform. The share gains 1.5% outside the session.
  • London begins to deploy Roche RoActemra as a treatment for coronavirus.
  • S&P downgrades Exxon Mobil and Chevron's credit ratings to "AA-".
  • PayPal's chief financial officer does not intend, at this stage, to invest his group's cash in cryptosystems.
  • Credit Suisse is settling its dispute with MBIA in the United States for $600 million.
  • S&P raises the outlook for Infineon's "BBB-" credit rating from stable to positive.
