Investor AB Proposes Sara Ohrvall as New Board Member

STOCKHOLM--Investor AB said Friday that it is proposing Sara Ohrvall be elected as a new board member, with Sara Mazur declining re-election to the board at the May 3 annual general meeting.

Sara Ohrvall is the chief operating officer of Axel Johnson Holding AB. Before joining Axel Johnson, she was chief digital officer and chief transformation officer at Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB and has previously held roles at Bonnier AB and Volvo Car AB.

She is also a member of the board of Axfood AB, Kicks, SkinCity, Ahlens and Novax and was previously on the board of Investor between 2015 and 2018.

Separately, Investor said that Asa Riisberg, former partner at EQT AB, has been appointed to the board of Investor-owned Patricia Industries.

Investor is the investment vehicle of Sweden's prominent Wallenberg family and owns stakes in some of the country's largest companies, including telecom giant Ericsson AB, home appliance manufacturer Electrolux AB and lender SEB.
