Russia praises the outcome of the visit of His Majesty the King to Moscow

The Republic of the Russian Federation praised the positive outcome of the visit by His Majesty , King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, , to Russia earlier this month and his meeting with President Vladimir Putin.

This came as Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain, Mr. Ahmed Abdulrahman Al Saati met in Moscow today at the headquarters of the Russian Foreign Ministry with the representative of the Russian President to the Middle East and Africa and Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister, Mr. Mikhail Bogdanov.

Mr. Bogdanov expressed the satisfaction of the Russian leadership of His Majesty the King's visit to Russia and important talks with President Putin and the positive outcome of these talks, which will reflect well on the two countries in various fields.

Ambassador Al Saati reviewed with the Russian Deputy Foreign Minister ways to monitor the implementation of what was agreed upon by the two sides, particularly with regard to cooperation in the field of oil and gas and increased trade and cooperation in the military technical field.

The two sides discussed 'Days of Russia in Bahrain' program to be held in Manama on the 24th of November, which will include an economic forum, economic and trade meetings, a variety of political and cultural seminars, and technical events reflecting the civilization and culture of ancient Russia.

The meeting also dealt with the latest developments on the Syrian arena and international efforts to reach a political solution to stop this war and to preserve the unity and sovereignty of Syria and the safety of its people.
