The recently launched Priority Health Wellbeing Hub offers a personalized online health and wellbeing experience. Available to Priority Health members for free, it’s the only digital wellness offering of its kind for Michigan residents.

The Wellbeing Hub is intended to help members get and stay healthy by providing content and tools tailored to their specific health and wellbeing needs. There are two focus areas of the experience, including chronic disease management and targeted programs based on individual members’ health and wellbeing interests, using smart technology to serve up topics relevant to the member’s needs.

“Priority Health continuously looks for ways to provide members with simple, intuitive tools to help them monitor and improve their health,” said Marti Lolli, chief marketing officer and senior vice president of consumer markets for Priority Health. “In today’s digital age, it’s possible to take a different approach with wellness and we’re doing that with our Wellbeing Hub, which uses predictive analytics, or 'smart' learnings, to evolve the member’s experience so it becomes more customized as they engage with the platform.”

Free programs offered by Priority Health, like weight management, smoking cessation, nutrition, medication therapy management, financial wellbeing, stress and condition management may be recommended to the member through the Wellbeing Hub, based on their health status, or areas of interest they’ve identified.

“We know that members who engage in their own care are often healthier and more productive. Tools like the Wellbeing Hub empower members and provide them with resources and support as they work to improve their own health status and manage chronic conditions. Not only does this approach lead to happier, healthier members, it also helps contribute to lowering the cost of care,” said Lolli.

Priority Health members can access the Wellbeing Hub through their MyHealth account via desktop or mobile.
