Slovenia raised one billion euros ($1.19 billion) in its debut 10-year sustainability bond on Wednesday, said one of the lead manager bank, with the issue garnering robust demand.
The spread on the July 2031-dated bond was set seven basis points above mid-swaps, said the same bank, adding that demand exceeded EUR10 billion, including interest from the joint lead managers. The bond, which carries a 0.125% coupon, was priced at 99.554, at a reoffer yield of 0.170%, said the same bank.
Bookrunners of the issue were Barclays, BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole CIB, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe, J.P.Morgan and Nova KBM.
