NOTICE TO THE MARKET

TOTVS S.A. (B3: TOTS3; "TOTVS"; or "Company") hereby informs that the Company shares will integrate the Ibovespa Index of B3 - Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão, beginning in January 3rd, 2020.

According to the information published today by B3, TOTVS weight in the new composition of the index is 0.4253%, representing the 57th position. The new index portfolio is composed with 73 assets of 70 companies. The announcement marks the entry of the technology sector in the Ibovespa, considered the most important indicator of the average performance of the most traded shares in the Brazilian stock market.

The inclusion of TOTVS shares in indexes with such relevance as Ibovespa, allows more funds to invest in the company's shares, besides providing a higher number of trades through Exchange Traded Funds ("ETFs").
