TaskUs, a leader in business process outsourcing specializing in support of high growth technology companies, co-founders Bryce Maddock and Jaspar Weir, will launch CXYZ, a new podcast to lead the conversation about the current landscape and future trends of the customer experience. The first three episodes will be available tomorrow, Tuesday June 27.

“We want to share the latest developments in customer experience,” said Maddock. “Our guests are innovators and disruptors from some of the nation’s fastest growing companies and we’ve gathered them all together to talk about how they use customer experience to differentiate their businesses.”

CXYZ’s first season will be exploring "all things customer experience" with some of the industry's top executives, including Kirsty Traill (VP Customer at Hootsuite), Charlie Marriott (COO of Sparefoot), David Tisch (Managing Partner of BoxGroup), Ed Boyes (CEO of Hello Fresh), Jonathan Swanson (Co-founder and President of Thumbtack) and Danny Meyer (CEO of Union Square Hospitality Group).

“For these first 11 episodes, we have tapped leaders from several industries,” said Weir. “Our conversations will dive into the latest trends, what’s changing, what the daily challenges are and how customer experience can make a business what we call ‘Ridiculously Good.’”

The premiere of CXYZ comes just a week after Maddock and Weir accepted the prestigious Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2017 Greater Los Angeles award in the business services category. Great service is something the TaskUs team officially has authority on.

CXYZ is now available for download on iTunes here https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/cxyz/id1251964928.
