Budapest, May 15, 2026 - WABERER'S INTERNATIONAL Nyrt. (hereinafter: Waberer's) hereby announces that in accordance with its announcement dated April 1, 20261, 1 438 Waberer's ordinary shares (HU0000120720) were purchased on May 14 2026, at an average price of HUF 4 739.13 per share with the assistance of Equilor Befektetési Zrt. acting as an investment service provider on the Budapest Stock Exchange via daily trading. Following the transaction, the number of treasury shares amounts to 566,799.
