Kropz changes accounting reference dates to March-end

Kropz PLC - South Africa-focused phosphate producer and developer - Changes its accounting reference date to March 31, from December 31. Accordingly, its current accounting period, which began on January 1, will now end on March 31, 2024.

As a result, Kropz will publish its interim results for six months to December 31, by no later than March 31. It will publish its results for the fifteen months to March 31, by no later than September 30.

Current stock price: 1.50 pence
