Abilene Oil and Gas Limited announced that it has received AUD 0.67 million in funding from Richmond Terrace Capital Absolute Return Fund and other investors.

World Oil Resources Ltd. (ASX:WLR) announced a private placement of 111,966,667 common shares at AUD 0.006 per share for gross proceeds of AUD 671,800.02 on December 6, 2013. The round involved participation from sophisticated investors including new investors Richmond Terrace Capital Absolute Fund which will invest for 41,666,667 shares and Don Mathieson Family Trust, an entity associated with Craig Mathieson, Non-executive Director of the company which will invest for 65,300,000 shares respectively.

On December 6, 2013, World Oil Resources Ltd. closed the transaction.
