An undisclosed buyer contractually agreed to acquire 17,500 sq.ft office building in 15 Basinghall Street, London from abrdn Property Income Trust Limited (LSE:API) for £9.8 million on March 20, 2024. Concurrently, An undisclosed buyer acquired 53,100 sq.ft Industrial Estate in Opus 9, Warrington from abrdn Property Income Trust Limited (LSE:API) for £6.8 million on March 20, 2024. The proceeds from the transactions will be being used to pay down the Rolling Credit Facility.

The transaction is expected to close on March 22, 2024.
