Accor announces the completion of its 400 million euro share buyback program announced on February 22, under which it acquired 9,923,228 shares at an average price of 40.31 euros, which will be cancelled in the coming weeks.

A first tranche of 275 million euros worth of shares was purchased from Jinjiang International on March 11. This transaction involved seven million shares at a unit price of 39.22 euros.

The balance of the share buyback program, launched on March 20 by the hotel chain for 125 million euros, was finalized on April 4, with the acquisition of 2,923,228 shares at an average price of 42.93 euros.
