Adapteo Oyj entered into an agreement to acquire Modular Building Assets of Ajos a/s from MT Højgaard Holding A/S for approximately DKK 330 million.

Adapteo Oyj entered into an agreement to acquire Modular Building Assets of Ajos a/s from MT Højgaard Holding A/S (CPSE:MTHH) for approximately DKK 330 million on December 6, 2021. The price to be adjusted after 4 years based on earnout-agreement. Ajos reported revenue of DKK 81 million in 2020.

Adapteo includes Ajos' premium-quality Swan Eco labelled solutions in its building portfolio. The transaction is expected to close in 2021 conditional on usual closing conditions.
