AdEPT Technology takeover by Wavenet sanctioned by court

AdEPT Technology Group PLC - Kent, England-based managed services and telecoms provider - Reports court sanctions scheme enabling AdEPT to be acquired by Wavenet. Expects scheme to become effective on April 11 with dealings in AdEPT shares likely to be suspended on the same day and cancelled on AIM on April 12.
