Adex Mining and Adex Minerals Corp. Announce Resignation of William B. Burton as Director

Adex Mining Inc. announced that, effective immediately, William B. Burton has resigned as a member of the board of directors of Adex and as a member of the board of directors of Adex Minerals Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Adex.
