With reference to the captioned subject, we wish to inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Aditya Birla Money Limited has approved and allotted 19,231 Equity shares of Re.1/- each to the option Grantees vide through Circular Resolution passed on November 23, 2022, pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options granted under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2014 (ESOS-2014).

Further, please note that post said allotment, the Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from 5,63,74,998 to 5,63,94,229 Equity Shares of Re.1/- each aggregating Rs. 5,63,94,229 /-.
