Consolidated revenue for the fourth quarter of 2021 amounts to 8.3 million of euros, compared to 5.1 million of euros (+64%) in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The increase in revenue of +3.3 million of euros is explained by the sustained growth of our activities in most of our locations.

The gross margin increased by +16% which, with good cost control, generated a positive EBITDA of 0.9 million euros in the fourth quarter.

Over 12 months, activity increased by +33% and EBITDA improved significantly to reach 2.2 million euros against 0.4 million euros over the same period in 2020.

Events & Perspectives

The significant recovery in activity in 2021 demonstrates that the company has been able to adapt to the current context, by creating bridges between its native, video and drive-to-store offers on all digital terminals while committing to minimum performance levels.

AdUX can now support advertisers on all of their objectives by responding to issues of notoriety, target coverage or even pure performance.

The uncertain economic context forces the company to approach 2022 with caution. The company still anticipate to maintain the same volume of activity whilst keeping a healthier cost structure.
