Change of Director's Interest

The company secretary has identified whilst reviewing the register that one of Lev Mizikovsky's associates has purchased shares on 8 December 2015. Unfortunately they did not let Mr Mizikovsky or us know about the purchase. The number of shares involved is .059 % of total shares of Antaria at a value of $9,800.

We do have the following procedures in place:

1. Request Directors to notify us of share sales / purchases including copies of contracts.

2. A Director's Movement Watch List emailed directly to us from the share registry when a Directors movement occurs.

Unfortunately our watch list did not pick up the movement because the Associate was new and had not been added.

We have now reminded all Directors to ensure they notify us of all Associates so they can be added to the Watch List. We have added this Associate to our watch list.

We do not anticipate this situation to arise in the future.
