(1)The company will not proceed with share holding company when issuing
employee rewards or stocks release in according to the articles of
association or resolutions of share holders' meeting.
(2)The shares of directors and the shareholders holding 10 percent
or greater of the total number of issued shares have been placed in
central custody on March 15, 2021, according to the commitment for
extending periods.
