Advanced Information Technology Public Company Limited Announces Resignation of Chodiwat Duntanasarn as Director, an Executive Board Committee and an Authorized Director

Advanced Information Technology Public Co. Ltd. informed that Mr. Chodiwat Duntanasarn has resigned from his position as a director of the Company, an executive board committee and an authorized director. The effective date was on 1 January 2022.

The Board of Director is in processing to recruit new eligible directors to replace director positions and will disclose information to the Stock Exchange of Thailand and investors thereafter.
