The following is a message from President & COO, Tsuneo Shibano delivered on January 5, 2017, at the Tokyo Head Office.

Last year our company saw many changes. There was the launch of Saitama factory, opening of factory in Queretaro, Mexico, establishment of sales company in Germany, opening of sales office in Pune, India and in Tianjin in China.

This year we are going to establish factory in India and open 2nd factory in Vietnam, taking us forward to achieve our mid-term business management plan.

It is said that computer will exceed human ability in 2045 due to developed AI (Artificial Identity) and IoT (Internet of Things). However, putting your heart on something is something only human beings can do.

The slogan for FY2017/18 is "Set your heart on..." ("執心" in Japanese). In recent

years, our company has been trying rapid expansion of business and large-scale innovation. Because of that, some distortion seems to be generated. Let's go back to the beginning and cooperate one another in Sales, Engineering, Production and Administration as a team to pursue excellence in production.
