ADVANTEST CORPORATION Advantest Corporation (TSE:6857) entered into an agreement to acquire Shin Puu Technology Co., Ltd on January 31, 2023. The closing of the transaction is subjected to regulatory approvals. Shin Puu Technology Co., Ltd will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Advantest's US subsidiary.
