Betonmast, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has signed a contract with Ringerike
municipality to build Hov lower secondary school in Hønefoss. The contract is a
turnkey contract with an expected value of around NOK 225 million, excluding
VAT.

The project involves building a new school and sports hall totalling 8,000
square metres in size. The school will be built as four pavilions, each two
storeys in height, surrounding a common schoolyard. The project, which will have
a strong environmental focus, will be constructed from wood and according to
BREEAM NOR Very Good principles.

"Ringerike municipality is an ambitious client that is investing in schools.
This will be the second school we are building for the municipality in a short
period, and after a constructive interaction phase, we are now looking forward
to starting the project," says CEO Jørgen Evensen of Betonmast.

The project will start immediately, and completion is scheduled for the first
quarter of 2023.
