Referring to a stock exchange announcement dated January 4, 2023, where
Betonmast, a company in AF Gruppen, signed a contract with Oslobygg KF for the
expansion of Edvard Munch High School in Oslo.

The contract was agreed to be carried out as a collaborative enterprise in two
phases, where the second phase was an option for the customer. Phase 2 (the
execution phase) has now been signed, and the value of the turnkey contract is
approximately NOK 620 million excluding VAT.

The project involves the expansion of Edvard Munch High School into the areas of
the former Museum of Decorative Arts and Design. The project concerns
rehabilitation and conversion of a total of 11,600 m2 GFA, of which 6,600 m2 GFA
is in the former museum - a listed building from 1904. The expanded school is
dimensioned for a total of 1,230 students.

Construction work has begun, and the project will be completed in the second
quarter of 2026.
