AfreecaTV Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A067160) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to KRW 10,000 million worth of its shares according to the contract with NH Investment & Securities Co., Ltd. The program is aimed at enhancing shareholder value and exercising stock options to employees. The program will expire on August 16, 2024.
As of February 14, 2024, the company had 771,351 shares in treasury within the scope available for dividend and had no shares in treasury through other repurchases.
