Agile Content, S.A. (BME:AGIL) commences share repurchases on October 6, 2022, under the program mandated by the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting held on June 27, 2022. As per the mandate, the company is authorized to repurchase up to 10% of its issued share capital. The repurchased shares will be used for compensation plan or plans for directors and employees of the Company, as well as for their disposal in favor of investors or to give compensation in the framework of corporate operations. The authorization will be valid for 5 years.
On October 5, 2022, the company announced a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 125,000 shares, representing 0.54% of share capital. The repurchased shares will be used for payment of the employee incentive plan. The repurchases will commence from October 6, 2022 and valid till February 1, 2023.
