AINAVO HOLDINGS Co.,Ltd. (JASDAQ:7539) signed a contract to acquire remaining 84.2% stake in Imamura K.K. from Isaburo Imamura and others on September 21, 2018. A total of 0.29 million shares will be acquired as part of the deal. AINAVO will hold 0.35 million shares in Imamura K.K., after the deal. Isaburo Imamura will sell 64.3% stake in the deal. Upon completion of the acquisition, Imamura K.K. will operate as a of AINAVO HOLDINGS.wholly owned subsidiary
Imamura K.K. reported net assets of ¥138.46 million, total assets of ¥2.4 billion and sales of ¥3.14 billion as of December 31, 2017. Board of AINAVO HOLDINGS resolved in favor of the deal on the same date. Deal is expected to close by October 1, 2018.
