Jan 4 (Reuters) - Air France-KLM announced on Wednesday three management changes for its low-cost company Transavia and regional airline HOP!.

Herve Boury, currently chief operations officer at Transavia France, will replace Olivier Mazzucchelli at the head of HOP!.

Mazzucchelli will replace Nathalie Stubler as chief executive officer of Transavia. She is set to become special adviser to the group's decarbonisation strategy.

"These appointments will be effective as of January 16, 2023", the group said in a statement. (Reporting by Juliette Portala, editing by Tassilo Hummel)
