Nos termos e para os efeitos do disposto no artigo 127.º do Código dos Valores Mobiliários, torna-se público o resultado da oferta pública de venda de ações da Airbus SE, reservada aos colaboradores elegíveis de determinadas sociedades do grupo Airbus, no âmbito do plano "2022 ESOP" e tal como descrito no documento elaborado e submetido junto da CMVM ao abrigo do disposto na alínea c) do número 2 do artigo 134.º do Código dos Valores Mobiliários.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF OFFER RESULT

Pursuant to Article 127 of the Portuguese Securities Code, it is hereby announced the result of the public offer of shares of Airbus S.E., reserved to the eligible employees of certain companies of the Airbus group as described in the informative note prepared and submitted to the CMVM according to the provisions of paragraph c) of number 2 of Article 134 of the Portuguese Securities Code.
